1. Michele Privette is absolutely amazing. She has supported me through some challenging times with professionalism & insight & the education I needed on resources at my disposal! She continuously makes herself available in times of need and creates such a welcoming environment.
2. Kelly Dowiak has given me the tools to completely take control of all aspects of my life. Her therapy is life changing and I have learned more over the last few months than I have in years!
3. Faith Rogers and the billing department- AMAZING! They are attentive, super helpful, and always available!
4. The administration staff are all friendly and so incredibly helpful!

Michelle Privette is a godsend. Right from the beginning she has been very sympathetic to my needs. She listens to every single word I say to her. She has been extremely helpful to me and I know she will be the same to each and every one of her patients. Becky at the front desk couldn't be more pleasant or more helpful. She's always smiling and she's very efficient. I know I'm very lucky to have them as a team in my corner.

I have very good experience with doctor Vera Soloveyeva and counselor Maria Martinenko. Front desk had some problems previously, but presently is great. Thank you all, we need you.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly, help me a lot more when you feel like there is no one around to help! The staff are pleasant and professional and always take the time to fit me into their already busy schedule. Highly recommended!!!

During COVID I found a psychiatrist and therapist taking new patients. They were wonderful and my mental health journey progressed so well. Often times finding a good doctor is half the battle, because they need a good staff. If you’re fortunate enough to get Mason on the phone when you call the office, you will know why this review is five stars!! He is AMAZING. He knows the doctor’s’ preferences (phone or video), the appointments he books don’t get changed, and he is super responsive!! Thank you for having someone so wonderful!!

I would like to highly recommend Revitalizing Psychiatry for a number of reasons. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated with the utmost of care, compassion and true professionalism. The entire staff was so helpful and attentive, with a heartfelt shout out to Leticia who was so kind and patient in helping me set up a zoom chat at the office ( as I am not very computer literate). Once settled in to the comfortable surroundings I felt at total ease. I then had an extremely beneficial and quite therapeutic session with the very competent and professional Dr. Nesterenko, and I am having very positive results as a result of our consultation. One more thing I would like to add is that you can actually get a hold of a someone right away without having to be burdened by being bounced around from voicemail to voicemail. I would also like to give Shelby praise as she was extremely accommodating. Just overall a professional and well managed practice, that I highly recommend!

Very attentive and helped with work on a longstanding issue

I have been a patient at the Center for Revitalizing Psychiatry for many years. I have always found them to be a truly caring office of medical and emotional support professionals. Today, a member of our staff went beyond what is normally requested and was invaluable in helping me with issues with my pharmacy.
