What is AMH-IOP?
A Supportive and Structured Program for Teens
The Adolescent Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (AMH IOP) provides comprehensive, structured treatment for teens who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy can offer. Designed specifically for adolescents, this program helps young people build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
Our AMH IOP allows teens to receive focused mental health treatment while maintaining their regular school and family routines. The program meets multiple times per week, with each session lasting approximately three hours, over the course of 8–10 weeks. Sessions combine evidence-based therapies, skill-building exercises, and peer support to promote healing and personal growth.

Insurance Coverage
Most insurance plans (with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid) cover AMH IOP services. We will work with all participants to check if their insurance offers MH-IOP coverage. Discounts for full payment and payment plans are also available for those paying out of pocket.

If you do not have mental health insurance coverage, we can offer competitive self-pay rates and/or set up a payment plan. We will work with you on affording your care, so that you can focus on getting better!
