Sandra has worked in the healthcare profession as a registered nurse since graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah in May of 2006. Her experience includes supporting patients and their family members in the oncology and hospice settings.

She is passionate about providing holistic care and education to patients and their family members along their healthcare journey. Sandra recently graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with the specialization in psychiatric mental health as she has a passion for supporting clients and family members with the specific needs of this medical specialty.

She excels at calming people in crisis, educating them on the process, and creating a care plan that clients and family members are comfortable and confident in following. She is trained and board certified to diagnose and treat mental health issues across the lifespan. Sandra’s subspeciality in psychiatric mental health is in psych-onc, which is the support of cancer patients and their family members during and after treatment. She looks forward to providing Utah residents with the compassionate care that they deserve when facing mental health concerns.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and their their five cats.

Additionally, Sandra enjoys fostering cats and kittens for a local rescue organization, CAWS; has a passion for Hoya, which are vining wax plants from Southeast Asia and the Pacific; and has an affection for quilting. She enjoys creating color schemes and patterns with fabric.

After personally using hypnotherapy to release over 80 pounds, conquer addictive behaviors, and overcome deeply rooted insecurities, he is now privileged to work with people all over the world to reach and maintain their ideal body weight, conquer their demons, and increase their confidence and motivation to live happier, healthier, more productive lives. As someone with a personal history with mental illness, obesity, addiction, and homelessness, he understands the day to day struggles and encourages people to incorporate hypnotherapy as part of a healthy lifestyle. Eric has been featured several times on television, in the hit movie “Impact,” and is an 8 time best-selling author. While the results he helps his clients achieve are legendary, he is best known for his warm and welcoming demeanor, as a husband, and as the father of six beautiful children.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or major transitions begin to shape a person's daily experience. Many individuals find themselves stuck in cycles of worry, self-criticism, exhaustion, or uncertainty about who they are and where they're headed. Brooke's clients often describe feeling disconnected from themselves, weighed down by expectations, or unsure how to break patterns that no longer serve them. For those seeking support, the hope is often for clarity, relief, or simply a space where they don't have to carry everything alone.

Brooke works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, limiting beliefs, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. She believes that a person's experiences shape them, but they do not have to define their future. Therapy offers a space to explore one's story with compassion, understand the patterns that keep them stuck, and develop tools that support meaningful change.

As a CMHC Intern, Brooke brings a strong foundation in current research and evidence-based modalities. She views her intern status as a strength, remaining actively engaged in ongoing training, supervision, and emerging therapeutic approaches. This ensures that the work she does with clients is informed, intentional, and aligned with what is known to help people heal and grow.

Daxton is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with people seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted negative beliefs. He received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2024. Since graduating, he has helped dozens of individuals navigate their mental health journeys. His work has allowed him to support clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including church-related trauma, sexual abuse, and abandonment. He also works with people struggling with anxiety and depression rooted in negative core beliefs such as feeling unwanted, incapable, or unlovable.

Daxton approaches therapy by meeting clients where they are in their lives and helping them develop insight and practical tools to break self-sabotaging patterns and build healthier, more adaptive habits.

Before joining the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry, Daxton spent over ten years serving as a pastoral leader in his home community, where he continues to provide counseling, guidance, and support to individuals, families, and couples from a faith-informed perspective. During this time, he also wrote and self-published a faith-based book focused on supporting individuals and couples struggling with infertility. These experiences deepened his understanding of the human need for connection, meaning, and healing, and have enhanced his ability to work effectively with both religious and non-religious clients from a position of unconditional positive regard.

Daxton’s clinical areas of focus include personal growth and trauma healing through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These evidence-based approaches are used to foster hope, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of control over thoughts and emotions. His goal is to help clients reprocess past experiences, strengthen resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Daxton offers a collaborative, compassionate, and structured therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. He is committed to creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and supported in their healing.

Svetlana received her Masters Degree in Psychology and Teacher of Psychology from Moscow State University in 2001. Her professional experience includes work with international non-governmental organizations such as UNICEF, Medicine San Frontiers (Doctors without Borders), AFEW (Moscow) where she worked with vulnerable populations – street children, dysfunctional families, drug users, prisoners, sex-workers and others. Her work also included educating specialists in helping them to understand special psychological needs of those groups.

Prior to joining CRP, Svetlana has worked in the business environment for more than 15 years, helping companies develop top leaders, teams and the business itself. More than 10 years of her professional experience is in managing teams of 5 to 50 people in the field of adult education and development. During this time, she has developed numerous trainings based on her own research and methodologies.

Svetlana’s professional areas of work include personal development through the development of awareness and the ability to self-regulate, the freedom to be yourself and the joy of being with others. At the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry Svetlana works with all clients on individual basis as well as in group settings.
