We will check your insurance benefits for all of these services, saving you time to focus on getting better!
All of our clinical staff is fully licensed by their clinical boards and by the State, as well as they have multiple years of experience in addressing a wide range of mental health diagnosis. Our Center is CARF Accredited and is fully licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health and the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Whether you would like to come to our welcoming office and meet with your clinician in person, or are on the go and prefer to meet via a telehealth appointment, we offer both options!
Affording mental health care is one of the major barriers to mental health care. In our practice, it doesn’t have to be! We accept most major insurances as well as Medicare, we also have affordable and competitive self-pay rates or clients who may not have insurance. Additionally, we can offer reduced rates and payment plans in order to meet our clients’ budget.
Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry is a local family owned business, which was started by Dr. Marina Tourkova in 2003. Our first office opened in Hackensack, NJ, followed by a second office in Sarasota, FL, which opened its doors in 2012. As a family we value hard work, honesty and dedication; and we understand that strong mental health is essential in having success in personal and professional lives. We are dedicated to helping our clients to live fulfilling and healthy lives.

We are a state licensed and industry accredited outpatient mental health clinic. Since 2003, our Center has helped thousands of patients with their mental health needs. At the Center of Revitalizing Psychiatry, we accept most major insurances, including Medicare. If you do not have mental health insurance coverage, we can offer competitive self-pay rates and/or set up a payment plan. We will work with you on affording your care, so that you can focus on getting better!
